Our Farm

The climatic conditions for fruit growing are truly wonderful in South Tyrol: a mild climate with over 2,000 hours of sunshine per year, warm, sunny days and cool nights give the wine and apples their fresh aroma and lovely colouring.

We produce wine and apples for a living. The vines need a very great deal of love and dedication. Our terroir is exclusively in Oberplanitzing. The varieties grown are Gewürtztraminer, Sauvingnon, Pinot Grigio, Pinot Noir and Schiava. The apple plantations with varieties such as Gala, Fuji, Red Delicious and Golden Delicious grow and flourish close to Lake Kaltern.
